EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not accept exchanges. If you need a different style, color, or size, you are more than welcome to return your original order for a gift card.  

RETURN POLICY

We completely understand that buying an item online can be challenging. Will it fit?  Will the color look good?  So, we offer store credit/refunds for unworn/unwashed apparel within 10 days from the delivery confirmation date. All items purchased November 5th - December 25th will have the return deadline extended to January 10th of each year. (The Holidays can be crazy so we understand!!)  We cannot accept returns on hats, makeup bags, and tote bags.

We offer 2 options for our amazing customers: 

1) Store Credit

If your items was not your absolute favorite, let us know, and we will send you a coded store credit for the products you purchased.  (We can not refund shipping and taxes)  We will also send you a return shipping label.  Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s) with the tags still on, we will send you your store credit. (less $1.50 for shipping)  The deadline to request store credit is 10 days from the delivery confirmation date.

2) Refund

We hope that you will find something you LOVE but we understand that you may find that perfect item.  We will refund payment method for the item(s), minus a $5 restocking fee per item purchased and the cost of return shipping. We will also send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s) with the tags still on, we will send you your refund. The deadline to request a refund is 10 days from the delivery confirmation date.

Please note that last chance/sale items, hats, makeup bags and tote bags, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
